Legal summary
Our legal documents are published in Spanish, the language that governs them under Peruvian law. This page explains each one in plain English. It is a courtesy translation: if anything here differs from the Spanish text, the Spanish text prevails.
1. Privacy

- What we collect: only what you type into a form (contact, waitlist or complaints book) and the technical logs our hosting provider needs to serve and protect the site. There are no user accounts, ads or trackers.
- The demos run entirely in your browser. What you enter stays on your device and is never sent to a server.
- Your IP address is never stored. To limit abuse of the forms we keep an irreversible hash of it for 24 hours.
- Why: to answer you, send you the launch news you asked for, handle complaints as the law requires, deliver a service you hire, and keep the site secure. We never sell, rent or share your data, and never use it for advertising.
- Providers: Cloudflare (hosting, form database and bot check), Google (Gmail, if you email us), WhatsApp (if you choose it), and Telegram or Resend for internal alerts. They are outside Peru, so your data is transferred internationally.
- How long: contact messages 12 months; waitlist until launch or 24 months at most; complaints at least 2 years; client data for the length of the service plus 2 years.
- Your rights: you can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, leave the waitlist or withdraw consent at any time by writing to pauljared96@gmail.com. You can also complain to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

2. Cookies
- The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
- Your browser only stores that you have seen the cookie notice, that you closed the WhatsApp bubble, whether you hid Kzy (the owl assistant) and how many visits it has seen, which tips it already showed in this tab, and what you enter in each demo. None of it identifies you or follows you elsewhere.
- Cloudflare may set a short-lived technical cookie when it checks that you are not a bot.
- Fonts are served from this site, so no request goes to Google. You can clear all of it from your browser settings.

3. Terms and intellectual property
- The site's text, design, code and the Kzaly name and logo are protected by Peruvian copyright and industrial property law. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit; copying the design or code, imitating the brand, scraping the content or using it to train AI requires written permission.
- Prices are in Peruvian soles. A service is hired once we confirm scope, timeline and price in writing and receive the first payment: 50% to start and 50% on delivery for one-time projects; monthly plans are paid in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
- Once a project is fully paid you may use the deliverable for your business. We keep the rights to our reusable tools and may show the work in our portfolio unless we agreed on confidentiality.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Peru.

4. Template licenses
- A template comes with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one business, with unlimited users and every branch under the same legal name.
- Your data is yours: you can export it at any time, and when the service ends we hand over a full export (CSV or JSON) and delete our copies within 30 days.
- You may not resell, sublicense or copy the system for another business.
- Implementation includes 30 days of support. The monthly plan includes hosting, daily backups, updates and WhatsApp support during business hours.

5. Security
- Encrypted connections only (HTTPS with HSTS), a strict content security policy, protection against clickjacking, and no ads or trackers.
- Forms accept submissions from this site only, validate every field on the server, check for bots, limit repeated submissions and delete data automatically when its period ends.
- Found a vulnerability? Email pauljared96@gmail.com with the subject “Security”. We reply within 5 business days. Please do not access other people's data or run denial-of-service tests.

6. Complaints book
- As Peruvian consumer law requires, we keep a virtual complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones). You can file a complaint about a service or about the attention you received.
- We reply by email within 15 business days. Filing a complaint does not prevent you from going to INDECOPI.
